Refund Policy

Plain-language summary

If a tool fails to deliver what you paid for, we refund you in full. Because our AI tools generate instant-access digital deliverables, we cannot offer change-of-mind refunds once the tool has been used.

AI FDD Analyzer ($197)

Each purchase provides one analysis of one Franchise Disclosure Document. Refund eligibility:

• Full refund if the tool fails to produce an analysis after you upload a valid FDD, or if you cannot access the tool due to a technical issue on our end.
• No refund once the analysis has been completed and the report has been generated, viewed, or downloaded.

Request refunds within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your order number.

Franchise Decision Kit ($497)

Lifetime access to a suite of tools including the AI FDD Analyzer, Franchise Comparison Tool, Negotiation Simulator, and Validation Call Scripts. Refund eligibility:

• Full refund within 14 days if no tools have been used and no reports have been generated.
• Partial refund may be offered if only the FDD Analyzer portion has been used, with $197 retained for that portion.
• No refund if multiple tools have been used or outputs generated.

Systems Playbook ($297)

A custom AI-generated operational playbook delivered immediately after purchase. Refund eligibility:

• Full refund within 14 days if the playbook generation fails and cannot be recovered.
• No refund once the playbook has been generated and delivered.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund. We respond within one business day. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Disputes

If a refund request cannot be resolved through email, we ask that you do not file a chargeback without contacting us first. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in loss of access to all purchased products and a permanent bar from future purchases.
